Prof. Omrane Guedhami, University of South Carolina, USA
Omrane Guedhami is the C. Russell Hill professor and professor of international finance at the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina; he has also been the coordinating director of the Ph.D. program in international finance since 2008. Prof. Guedhami earned his MSc in finance from HEC Montreal in 1998, and his Ph.D. in finance from Laval University in 2003. Prof. Guedhami's research interests are broad, covering international business, corporate governance, privatization, national culture, and corporate social responsibility; his research is influential and widely cited, with more than 120 peer-reviewed articles published in leading academic journals and more than 18,000 Google Scholar citations.

John W. Goodell is Professor in the Department of Finance at The University of Akron. His research interests focus particularly on the impact on financial systems of national culture, and institutions. In 2011 he received the Stockholm School of Economics/Women in the Academy of International Business Award. His research has been highlighted in numerous media outlets including the Washington Post, PBS NewsHour, and Bloomberg Businessweek. Since completing his PhD from Kent State University in 2008, he has co-authored over 200 articles and book chapters. He is currently Editor-in-Chief of Elsevier's Research in International Business and Finance.
